Symmetry In Motion Studio

symmetry in motion

‘Symmetry’ in everyday language refers to a sense of harmonious and beautiful proportion and balance. It is easily seen in the patterns of nature where there’s a congruency in the design and function of any living thing – as well as the seasons, the time of day, and the phases of life experience.

Symmetry In Motion embraces the human-animal bond. These relationships are profound and often mirror each other.

We offer healing, BodyBalance, meditative journeys, animal healing and communication to all ages and breeds.

Symmetry In Motion invites you to heal and balance in your life. For every being we work with, this journey is individual, a bespoke experience.

About Freya

Freya Scollay comes from a science, sports, and wellbeing background. A world-level competitor at ’24-Hour Solo MTB’ and ‘Expedition Racing’, national-level road cycling, time-trialist and marathon runner, and a rider of an eclectic team of equines.

Freya has been healing animals since she was a young teenager - the local stray cat, the difficult horse, her family always had and still has a Mastiff and at 13 years old she had a deep desire for a pig.

Over the years it was obvious Freya had ‘an eye’ for exercise prescription for humans and animals.

With this passion Freya then began her 30-year journey of study and life experiences to where she is today. Often described as a medical intuitive, healer and communicator, Freya simply describes herself as a HUMAN-HORSE-HOUND Osteopath with a Heart2Heart approach.

Symmetry In Motion is at 131 Annandale Rd, Kumeu, Auckland. Nestled in a serene valley in a rural setting only 6kms from Kumeu and 20 minutes from Auckland.

In the clinic you will hear the wind in the trees, the native birds, Auckland Island pigs and chickens. The Horses and ‘Oat’ (Feline) and ‘Quince’ (Hound) are often around to say ‘Hi’.

The studio is next door with large doors that open into the garden and plenty of natural light. The carpark is spacious and safe.

What people are saying

Freya has helped me with a serious neck injury. I've gained more freedom and less pain in my life.  Pilates classes are fun. Excellent studio with no shortage of equipment.
